The factory is deigned to have clean recovery of Lead and Plastics from Lead Acid Scrap Batteries including electrolyte neutralization and desulphurization.
50,000 MT/year of Lead Acid Battery Scrap. : The plant is designed with the above treatment facility viewing the next 10 years growth of UAE increasing the availability of vehicles by increasing UAE population.
The availability of car and UAE population is given below as on year 2004.

The Main production is Soft Lead min 99.985% Pb (Analysis as per customer’s request)
The Plant is able to produce Lead Alloys such as
- Lead Alloys –Pb+Ca
- Lead Alloys – Pb+Sb
- Lead Alloys – as per customers’ requested analysis.
Total Production capacity for Lead and it’s Alloys id 28,000 MT/year.
